Happy Birthday Uncle Kevin!

Mommy and Ava drove to PA today to celebrate Uncle Kevin's birthday at a BBQ. Ava loved getting to play with Kayden. They swam in the pool and played cornhole. Aunt Alexandra even took a swim by accident at the end of the day when she fell in the pool jumping around making Kayden laugh.

It actually was not 100 degrees today so we decided to make a morning trip to the zoo before it got too hot. The lion cubs are getting big!

Home

The trip home was great. We made it through security, had lunch at Ruby Tuesdays, and boarded the flight with no problems. We got our luggage and made it to the car and home with no hiccups :)

Rainy Day

Today PopPop, Grandma, Chris and Angela went fishing and we stayed home and rested on the rainy day. We did attempt a trip to the water park after Ava's nap for another ride on the lazy river. We made it once around before they made us get out and we then got stuck in a torrential downpour.

Water Park and Margaritaville

Today Earl, Alexandra, Shannon, Ava, and I went to the water park. We played in the splash park and rode the lazy river. A nice relaxing day. We went home and relaxed for a bit deciding to go to Margaritaville for dinner with everyone. Ava jammed out to the music and we all had a blast despite having to wait an hour for a table.

Mickey Breakfast and Epcot

We woke up early to get to our Character breakfast at Chef Mickey's. Ava was very excited to see Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto. That is until the characters got close enough to take pictures and then she clung to Mommy. It was definitely worth all the memories. We then headed over to Epcot to catch up with Shannon and Alexandra. We saw the Crush the Turtle show which Ava thought was great and the Michael Jackson Show which was another 3D movie so again a bust. We then headed home so Ava could take a nap because she was fading fast!

Animal Kingdom

Animal Kingdom was by far Ava's favorite. I think we could have visited everyday! We did all of the safaris including the walk through Asia Safari and the ride on African Safari. We rode the train out to Rafiki's Planet and went to the petting zoo and saw how Disney takes care of all the animals. We also saw the live Lion King show...AMAZING!
